I would eat that but what I changed was sautéed onions, sautéed hot long Chinese peppers and adding canned tuna -- chopped or straight depending on the texture of the tuna (recommend the high end brand in olive oil). Stir fry and add touch of mayo and chopped hard boiled egg. Maybe only change for me to actually cook with tuna. The combination better than expected -- lost the canned taste.
