I love to cook. For years I wrote a blog about Calorie Restriction with Optimal Nutrition. I used to take recipes for old fashioned comfort foods like lasagna and turn them into low calorie, high nutrition delights. The blog was rarely just about CR but people do love recipes.
So here is a recipe. Do you think it would be good? When I was out visiting my best friend in the world MR in California, we went to the olive oil and vinegar store where he gets his high everything of quality olive oil. I got a special tour with Sharon who is amazing and works there, and I bought some unbelievable white balsamic vinegars. One of them is a honey ginger that I put on salads with olive oil all the time. I also love a dash of siracha, and I am thinking of making something with honey vinegar olive oil and siracha that is a big off the beaten path. But then again, when was I ever on the beaten path?
Would you eat this?
Tuna fish with a little bit of mayo, a little bit of really good olive oil, honey ginger white balsamic and a touch of siracha?

Happy birthday, Dr. Feinman!
Frankly, both your (April's) original and Dr. Feinman's variation sound awful (and worse with butter!). But I trust you to know what I like ...
Nice -"When I was out visiting my best friend ... we went to the olive oil and vinegar store."
Funny -"No one ever comments. I feel like you don’t care."
Sounds awesome, yes - "Tuna fish with a little bit of mayo, ... olive oil, honey ginger white balsamic and a touch of siracha?"
