Back when I was unemployed, I applied for a job that looked like it was made for me (did I write about this before?). I didn't get it, but later got another one (same institution) which worked out well. The med. ctr's switch to a new computer system would have been the death of me in the job I didn't get; the job I got, being a research job, had it's own computer system, easier to navigate. I was never fully fluent, but my co-workers were willing to help.
