Fired for Cannabis Impairment at Work? What Recourse Do You Have?
Honestly, I'm fine with people being fired for actual impairment on the job, just like if someone came to work drunk. Thus I do NOT support drug testing that fails to distinguish between the two. Saliva tests are much better in that regard than urine tests, or perhaps even the DRUID app.
