Yes I did. If I had been cooking the ground beef for less time I might have pre cooked them but the meatloaf was in the oven close to two hours.
So the mushrooms disintegrated?
Somewhat. They definitely cooked. You could taste their flavor, as they were very good ones from the farmers' market, but they were not chewy as though they were still whole.
