I am completely exhausted

I turned 52 today.

I don’t much care. I’m loving my job teaching the greatest kids in the world, but I am just so tired from working six days a week and driving an hour each way that I can barely hold my head up by 7 pm.

I haven’t had time to exercise, meditate or walk like I usually do. It’s just two more weeks and it will be fine, but in the coming weeks and months I really need to prioritize my health.

Still, I’m so grateful for the opportunity. To be able to teach these kids at such a high level and really support them at a turning point in their lives is so rewarding.

I’m thinking about a lot, and soon will write about it, but now I have to go to bed. I get up about 4:45 and hit the road at 6:30 am.
